Parents (or an allocated, responsible adult) must be reachable at all times during class.

Registration must be confirmed via email & payment.

Doors will open at 15 minutes prior to the start of the session time. Please drop off your child timely as the studio session will start promptly. Doors will look automatically upon session time.

Materials: All attendees are required to bring a drawing pad (8.5 x 12 or 9 x 14). However, all other materials such as coloring tools, tech, etc. will be provided. Fees cover quality brands such a Posca markers, Prisma, Faber-Castell, and cold press watercolor paper. Members are free to bring in their own materials as an option but not required.

Fees & Payment: No prorated fees adjusted upon payment. All booking sessions are set at a firm price.

Payment, Venmo: @Fanime_Art_Studio, Cashapp: $Nashfanime, or cash payment upon drop off

Make-ups: There are no make-ups or refunds for missed days for any reason.

Food/Drinks. No food or drinks allowed at this time.

Late pick up: Please pick up your child on time. If you’re running late or emergencies, please call 317-476-2088.

Weather: If Nashville Fanime Art Lab cancels due to inclement weather, families will be contacted and the day will be rescheduled.

Illness: Your child must be fever free 24 hours to attend lab.

Fanime Art Studio reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant who poses a disciplinary problem or is disruptive.
